1 What is D for Delivery?

D for Delivery is a better way to deliver both, medicine and light parcels. We've modernized prescription delivery to provide you convenience and save you money. Forget papers and excel sheets. Use our web application to place and track your delivery requests and, at the end of the month, get your reports generated and delivered to your email.

2 What services does D for Delivery provide?

We provide courier services to selective sectors, such as pharmacies and retailers. We deliver medicine and non-hazardous materials. With prescription delivery we provide the additional service, including the following:

Express Regular Delivery
Express Scheduled Delivery
Urgent delivery
Multiple pickups a day
Weekends and statutory days delivery
Signature collection
ID verifications
Physical items collection, including original RX, Cash and medicine

3 Where does D for Delivery operate?

D for Delivery delivers in 14 cities in British Columbia, and yet to expand further. Following is a list of these cities:

4 How do I place an order?

Login to your Account
Enter Request information (date and time, address, instructions, if any, … etc.)
Submit the Request

5 How do I pay for the services I receive?

At the end of each month, you will receive an invoice, along with a detailed Activities Report. D for Delivery provides two options for payment:

direct deposit into SAWA Corp. bank account; and
e-transfer to the designated email address.

6 How do I know my Request status?

You will not need to worry about updates; we update your request status online upon pickup, delivery and return.
